Introductory Pain Investigations (IPIs) are designed for those who find the full Dynamic Dog assessment model inaccessible (financially, physically, temporally) but still need help identifying potential underlying pain/discomfort in their dog.
Purchasing an Introductory Pain Investigation from Up to Snuff includes the following services:
Completion of intake form
Scored STREAM worksheet with accompanying photo/video evidence
Brief cover letter for your veterinarian
Not included:
SOAP-based written report
In-depth posture or gait analysis
Zoom calls or text-based support
I am not a veterinary professional, so it is not within my scope to provide any diagnosis or suggestion of what specific ailments your dog may be experiencing.
Upon purchase, you will be prompted to download a .PDF file which contains a link to file out an intake form, and further instructions on capturing photo and video evidence.
Intake form must be submitted within 72 hrs of purchase. Due to abbreviated nature of this service in comparison with full Dynamic Dog assessment, submission of all required photos/videos is imperative. All photos and videos must be submitted within 1 week of your intake form. Failure to submit evidence will impact the quality and/or completion of your report. Refunds are not provided.
